A traffic light food labelling system is being brought in by all the major supermarkets from today. At-a-glance data showing levels of salt, sugar and fat will be used on food sold by Tesco, Asda, Sainsbury's, Morrisons, the Co-op, Marks & Spencer and Waitrose.
